Parents and Teachers as Lead Collaborators

Principals are invited to attend

Participants will explore and examine the fundamentals of collaboration and leadership so that they can begin plans to increase involvement within their school community.

October Session

Exploring and Building Community
Partnerships

Oct. 17, 2024 • 5:30–7:45 p.m

Participants will explore ways to build community partnerships and identify the positive impact of partnerships on student success.

December Session

Measuring Success

Dec. 5, 2024 • 5:30–7:45 p.m.
Principals are invited to attend

Participants will determine how to measure the positive impacts of collaboration and involvement within their school community.

January Session

Involving All Stakeholders

Jan. 16, 2025 • 5:30–7:45 p.m.
Principals are invited to attend

Participants will connect with superintendents and explore ways to engage all stakeholders in student success.

February Session

Supporting Connected School Communities

Feb. 13, 2025 • 5:30–7:45 p.m. (Virtual)

Participants will explore ways to support projects through grants and continue building partnerships for the benefit of students, schools, and families.

PTLA On the Road

School Community Connections

Feb. 25, 27 and March 4, 6, 2025 • 5:30–7:45 p.m. (Teams will select one of the dates)

Participants will focus on specific school community plans and collaborate with other teams on their projects.

PTLA Graduation will be Thursday, April 10, 2025 at Tuscaloosa River Market.
